Hurlston Hall
Wedding Photographer
Are you looking for Wedding Photographer at Hurlston Hall?
I’m Andy Wade, an award winning photographer, and Hurlston Hall has real wow factor: I’ve photographed a wedding here, and from the sweeping drive through the golf estate to the fountain and grand entrance, it feels like an occasion from the moment you arrive. Big entrances make for great wedding stories.
My approach is all about storytelling in a relaxed documentary style, focusing on the real emotions, and creative yet natural portraits. The weddings you see across Andy Wade Photography are all real days I’ve documented, so what you see here is exactly how I’d photograph yours.
A venue with genuine wow factor from the first turn of the drive. Let’s create something beautiful together at Hurlston Hall.

Hurlston Hall Wedding Venue
Inside Hurlston Hall
Hurlston Hall is a venue with real wow factor, and I've photographed a wedding here. The sweeping drive through the golf estate, the fountain, the grand entrance: it feels like an occasion from the moment you arrive.
Inside, the suites are big, bright and made for a proper celebration, with The View, the estate's 300-capacity venue with multiple rooms, looking out over the course. Civil ceremonies are licensed on site, so the whole day happens in one spectacular place.
The drive, the fountain, the wow
The 200-acre estate of rolling Lancashire countryside gives the day a wonderful sense of occasion and gives us huge variety for portraits: the fountain, the terraces, the fairways stretching away. At sunset, the views across the course are gorgeous.
The day flows on a grand scale: ceremony in the suite, drinks overlooking the course, portraits around the estate, then a big evening party with all the space you could want.

The History of Hurlston Hall
An old estate, a new chapter
The Hurlston Hall estate near Scarisbrick has a history stretching back centuries, with a hall recorded on this land since medieval times. The modern chapter began in 1994, when the Hurlston Hall Golf Club opened after years of careful design and development, transforming the historic estate into one of Lancashire's leading golf and events destinations.
The 18-hole championship course and the clubhouse that grew with it set the standard, and the venue has continued to evolve ever since.
Golf estate to celebration estate
The addition of The View as a dedicated events space has made Hurlston Hall one of the biggest and best-equipped wedding venues in the Ormskirk area, combining the estate's grand scale with genuinely impressive facilities.
How To Get To Hurlston Hall

Harriet & Fred // Bashall Barn Wedding
It may have been one of the windiest days of the year, but it was also one of the best so far! Wind and rain never matter as much as the people, and this day had all the emotion and energy to match. I think we spent about twenty minutes across the whole day taking…
Sarah & Ash // Clifton Arms Wedding
“Just one shot I’m after”, said Sarah. “The windmill!”. We got that shot and the wind – and there was plenty – did its job with the veil. We had a little window on a beautifully blustery day to walk to the windmill, along the promenade and the out to sea along the jetty. As…
