Nina & Simon // The Manor House Wedding
Absolutely loved this day at The Manor House in Lindley with Nina & Simon. These two were really up for the day being fun and about celebration rather than the formalities and that was to be the same for the approach to their photography. Yes, there were few portraits and a few shots with loved…
Sabine & Lewis // Falcon Manor Wedding
Falcon Manor is a favourite of mine for the fact that me and my wife took our first steps together in and around Settle. What a glorious place to get wed and Sabine and Lewis embraced the day beautifully. So chilled and relaxed there were laughs, tears and the odd funny face from Lewis. Suited…
Ellie & Dan // Sandburn Hall Wedding
On the outskirts of York I found Sandburn Hall in 1000 acres of woodland and then found the lovely bride Ellie with 1000 things going on around her while Dan, the groom, was squaring up to his phone with vids on how to do his pocket square. All wonderfully chaotic and perfect for documentary wedding…

The History of Harewood House
Harewood House, an esteemed wedding venue, nestles in the heart of West Yorkshire in the county of Yorkshire, England. Constructed between 1759 and 1771, this Georgian masterpiece was commissioned by Edwin Lascelles, 1st Baron Harewood. Famed architects John Carr and Robert Adam collaborated on its design, whilst celebrated landscape architect Lancelot ‘Capability’ Brown crafted its extensive grounds. As a family residence for the Lascelles family, Harewood House has been home to several significant historical figures, most notably Princess Mary, the Princess Royal, daughter of King George V and Queen Mary, who resided there after her marriage to Henry Lascelles, 6th Earl of Harewood.
Situated approximately eight miles north of Leeds and a similar distance south of Harrogate, Harewood House’s strategic location weaves it into the rich tapestry of West Yorkshire’s heritage. Throughout its history, the house has not only been a private home but has also served numerous public functions, hosting grand events and exhibitions that attract visitors from around the world. Today, Harewood House remains a vibrant cultural landmark and an idyllic setting for weddings, offering a blend of historical grandeur and spectacular natural beauty, all underpinned by its enduring legacy and connection to British aristocracy.
