Emma & Neil // Bartle Hall Wedding

A bride and groom, both smiling and wearing formal attire, walk outside Bartle Hall in Lancashire, a building adorned with colorful flowers. The groom wears a suit while the bride holds a bouquet of white flowers. Guests are joyfully throwing confetti over them. Image by Andy Wade Photography.

It started in the Thicket Lodge with rollers and make up that was soon smudged when the bridesmaids read their letters from Emma. The groomsmen had the same near the Coaching House so everyone was already feeling the love before Emma made her entrance to more than a tear in the contemporary and chic Country House ceremony room.

The day was so relaxed and so easy to shoot in a natural as-it-happens style – with Emma and Neil having a little guidance and prompting from me when it was time to sneak off for some non-posey portraits in the 16 acres of Bartle Hall. And then it was time to party with all it’s love and energy and what a party it was!
