Hi there, I’m Andy!

I’m all about capturing your story in a natural and authentic way.

Originally from South East London, I am now an honorary northerner after living in this neck of the woods for over 20 years. I live in Todmorden with my wife, two children and two dogs.

I’ve been a photographer for over 30 years and graduated from university with a HND in photographic design and a first class honours degree in photography. I love being out with my family walking the dogs, especially in the wilds of The Dales & The Lake District. I’m also a bit of a foodie and love a good crackly fire in the local establishment in the winter!

My approach

On the day, like in life, I’m pretty chilled and relaxed. I want have a great time like you and enjoy being with people and having a laugh. When I get into my work I don’t stop. Essentially I document the day as it happens – your story, my authentic wedding photography.

I want to tell the story of your wedding day and capture what makes your day uniquely yours. Real emotions exactly as they happen, without having to pose. For me, wedding photography is about the genuine moments; the laughter, the tears, all of the love, and simply letting you enjoy your best day ever in an unobtrusive way.

I’ll photograph your day in a way that will feel completely natural and together, we’ll find the right balance of photographs. If you want to avoid posed pictures, we don’t pose. If you want some posed portraits, they’ll be special, happen naturally and will take just the right amount of time, leaving you to enjoy every moment.
